What are CDM Regulations?
The Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations are set out by HSE (Health and Safety Executive) with the aim to help improve health and safety in the industry. Our CDM advisory is designed to help protect workers and the people around them and also includes the general public when projects interfere with everyday life. ML Safety delivers CDM services that conform to the latest revision of the regulations which came into force in Great Britain on 6 April 2015.
We can fulfil the roles of Project Preparation Manager to assist the client and are able to notate over to the lead designer, as the Principal Designer's health & safety consultant. Our CDM advisor services will assist with the design stage, audits, site inspections and assist with compiling the health & safety file. Contact us for more information on how ML Safety can provide expert health and safety advice for your construction site.
