What are CDM Regulations?

CDM ServicesThe Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations are set out by HSE (Health and Safety Executive) with the aim to help improve health and safety in the industry. Our CDM advisory is designed to help protect workers and the people around them and also includes the general public when projects interfere with everyday life. ML Safety delivers CDM services that conform to the latest revision of the regulations which came into force in Great Britain on 6 April 2015.

We can fulfil the roles of Project Preparation Manager to assist the client and are able to notate over to the lead designer, as the Principal Designer's health & safety consultant. Our CDM advisor services will assist with the design stage, audits, site inspections and assist with compiling the health & safety file. CDM Advisor Services

As the CDM advisor, we can provide a fully qualified and experienced consultant with design process experience and health & safety qualifications.

Our expertise and experience allow us to assist either the client or Principal Designer with carrying out their duties under the CDM 2015 regulations. You can rely on our CDM advisor to assist you in achieving a compliant, uncomplicated CDM project with expert support and advice.

We will also plan, manage and monitor the construction phase of a project in liaison with the contractor.
